A Local Shutter Company That Measures Twice
Blinds & Shutters Topasio is an Orlando company that makes and installs custom window shutters and shades, and stays involved from the first measurement to the final adjustment.
Custom windows, handled start to finish
Blinds & Shutters Topasio was founded by Ricardo Salcedo on a simple idea: window treatments only look custom when they're measured, built, and installed by people who care about the fit. Off-the-shelf blinds leave gaps, and shutters ordered from rough measurements never quite close.
So we handle the whole job ourselves. We measure every window in your home, help you choose louver sizes, materials, and colors, build shutters to those exact measurements, and install them with the same team that took the measurements. Arched tops, bay windows, and odd angles are part of the work, not an upcharge excuse.
We're a registered Florida LLC based in Orlando, working Monday through Saturday with Sunday appointments available. We'd rather earn the next referral than rush the current job.
